James Morris - Claims Relationship Manager

James has been with the business for over 20 years and has a wealth of claims management experience. James was nominated for 3 insurance claims awards in 2023.

Rachel Simpson - Business Development Manager

Joining us in 2024, Rachel has a wealth of experience in insurance and financial services, including Insurance Consultant and Commercial Account Executive roles. Dip CII qualified, Rachel is well regarded by clients, insurers and brokers alike, with a focus on forging relationships with our broker partners.

Amber Sharpe - Client Broker

Amber is the first person many people speak to when calling Kingsbridge Recruitment Insurance. With an amiable personality and a dedication to providing the right results for her clients and broker partners, Amber is an integral part of our team.

Rebecca Mustoe - Client Broker

Another broker with over 20 years' experience and Dip CII qualified, Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge and specialist experience to looking after her clients.

James has over a decade of experience in insurance and is also Dip CII qualified. He brings his skills in enterprise-level risk management to the fore in looking after his clients, forging good relations with brokers and insurers.

Sharon Arands - Claims Handler and Broking Support
